In the app, open Protection and activate the protection layers. iOS will ask once for the Screen Time permission. It's required so BETTR OFF can block gambling apps at the system level.
It's the only way iOS can truly block gambling apps system-wide. BETTR OFF never sees which other apps you use, and your answers from the self-assessment stay locally on your device.
Subscriptions are handled directly by Apple: open iPhone Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → BETTR OFF → cancel. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. Submit your request directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
In the app: Profile → Account → Delete account. This also removes the protection setup, and all your data is deleted.
In the app under Profile → Accountability partner you can change or remove them at any time. Your previous accountability partner is informed automatically.
First check that web protection is active in the app. If the site is still reachable, report it to us by email at hello@bettroff.app. We'll add it to the blocklist.
